International Online Training Sessions for Educators and Creative Practitioners
Within the framework of the Erasmus+ project Values in Motion, a series of international online masterclasses is organised to support teachers, educators and cultural professionals in integrating stop-motion animation and audiovisual storytelling into educational and social contexts.
Designed as practical training opportunities, these sessions bring together experienced filmmakers, animators and creative practitioners who share accessible methodologies that can be directly applied in schools and learning environments. Each masterclass explores a specific aspect of the creative process, offering participants concrete tools to develop collaborative animation projects with students.
The programme covers a wide range of topics, from storytelling and participatory filmmaking to the use of mixed media techniques in stop-motion production. Additional sessions will focus on key elements such as sound design for animation projects in school settings, as well as the social use of stop-motion as a tool for inclusion, expression and community engagement.
Through this multidisciplinary approach, the Values in Motion masterclasses aim to promote creativity, teamwork and critical thinking, encouraging the use of animation not only as an artistic practice but also as a meaningful educational and social tool.
