Our Journey
From tales to films. From classrooms to Europe.
What is Values in Motion?
Values in Motion is an Erasmus+ KA210 project that brings together creativity, digital innovation and European values to transform education through audiovisual practices. Running from February 2025 to July 2026, it is coordinated by MEET ETS (Italy) in partnership with IES Rodanas (Spain).
Our Vision
Every child has a story to tell. With stop motion and digital creativity, Values in Motion helps teachers and students transform those stories into powerful learning experiences — where imagination meets inclusion, and European values come to life.
Who We Are
We are educators, storytellers, and dreamers. We believe education can be more than books and tests — it can be a stage where every voice counts. Through stop motion animation and digital tools, Values in Motion gives students the chance to explore their identity, connect with European culture, and discover the joy of learning in new ways.
Why It Matters
In today’s classrooms, many students feel left behind or uninspired. Teachers face the challenge of keeping learning alive in a fast-changing digital world. Values in Motion is our answer: a project that transforms traditional tales into animated stories, bridging past and future, culture and technology, school and life.
“We believe that classrooms can be places of creativity, dialogue, and discovery. With Values in Motion we invite teachers and students to use stop motion and digital tools not just to learn, but to express themselves, to listen to one another, and to connect their stories with the shared values of Europe. For us, education is not only about knowledge — it is about giving every child the chance to feel included, inspired, and part of something bigger.”

FAQs
What is Values in Motion?
Values in Motion is an Erasmus+ project that uses stop motion animation and digital creativity as tools for learning. It brings teachers and students together to create animated stories based on European tales, promoting inclusion, cultural awareness, and innovative education.
The project combines online training, international exchanges, and local creative activities:
- Online Learning Path
Short video capsules, expert masterclasses, and personalized tutoring, all hosted on a dedicated digital platform. - International Training in Málaga (Spain)
A three-day mobility where Italian and Spanish teachers learn, experiment, and create stop motion projects together. - Festival of Learning and Sharing in Rome (Italy)
A final international event, integrated into the MEET Film Festival, presenting the stop motion films created by teachers and students, and celebrating dialogue, inclusion, and creativity. - Community Engagement & DisseminationLocal events, exhibitions, and online activities to share outcomes with schools, families, policymakers, and the wider public.
Who can participate in the project?
The project directly involves teachers and students from selected schools in Italy and Spain. However, many of the resources we create — including masterclasses, video capsules, and educational materials — are freely accessible online to any teacher across Europe who wishes to explore stop motion and digital storytelling with their students..
What will teachers gain from the project?
Teachers will receive:
- Training in stop motion and digital tools (including AI for education).
- Access to free online masterclasses and educational resources.
- Support and tutoring to apply these methods in their classrooms.
- Opportunities to exchange experiences with colleagues from Italy, Spain, and beyond.
How will students benefit?
Students (ages 6–12) will:
- Learn digital skills in a playful and accessible way.
- Work together to create their own stop motion films.
- Explore European tales and values while developing creativity and critical thinking.
- Experience a more engaging, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
Are the resources really free?
Yes! All online masterclasses, video capsules, and educational materials will be available free of charge on our web platform. The goal is to make these tools accessible to any teacher who wants to bring creativity and digital literacy into their classroom.
Do I need professional equipment to try stop motion with my students?
No. One of the strengths of this project is accessibility. You only need basic materials (paper, clay, recycled objects) and a mobile phone or tablet with a free stop motion app. We will guide you step by step.
How does Values in Motion promote inclusion?
By using storytelling and stop motion, every student can contribute — regardless of background, ability, or learning style. The method is flexible, low-cost, and engaging, making it easier to create an inclusive classroom where all voices are heard.
